What You’ll Be Doing:
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Source, attract, and onboard top talent while implementing strategies to keep our team engaged and satisfied.
- Employee Experience: Foster a positive work environment, prioritise well-being, and offer development opportunities.
- Performance Management: Set clear expectations, manage performance, and provide coaching to help our team grow.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop a fair pay system and link compensation to performance evaluations.
- HR Compliance: Ensure we stay compliant with labor laws and company policies.
- Training: Identify training needs and create customized plans to enhance job performance.
