The team is made up of dedicated legal professionals and provides top-tier legal services to a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals to large corporations.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Paralegal to join its dynamic litigation team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting fee earners in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal issues.
- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents.
- Manage and organise case files.
- Assist with the preparation for depositions, hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses.
- Support fee earners in trial preparation.
- Maintain and update litigation calendars and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on litigation.
- In-depth knowledge of litigation procedures.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and litigation support software.
