Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking firm. With a proven track record of success and a commitment to excellence, they are looking for a motivated and highly organised corporate personal assistant to join their team.

Role Overview:

As a Corporate Personal Assistant (PA), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support to ensure the highest level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, both internal and external.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and prioritising tasks.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
