Our client is searching for an organised Legal Secretary to support the Litigation Partner in managing a diverse caseload. This role involves document preparation, calendar management, communication, and legal research. As the Litigation Legal Secretary, you will support one Partner and work closely with them on their day-to-day tasks.


  1. Case Management:
    • Assist in managing a varied caseload.
    • Maintain organised case files.
  2. Document Preparation:
    • Draft legal documents and correspondence.
    • Ensure accuracy and formatting standards.
  3. Calendar Management:
    • Schedule meetings, court appearances, and deadlines.
    • Monitor and update court deadlines.
  4. Communication:
    • Act as a liaison with clients and opposing counsel.
    • Manage phone calls, mail, and email.
  5. Legal Research:
    • Conduct legal research and organise findings.
