Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be assisting our client, a high-end retailer, with the recruitment of a Junior Marketing Manager due to continued growth.

The Role

The Junior Marketing Manager will play a vital role in supporting the execution of the company’s marketing strategy across a diverse range of channels, including traditional media (print, out-of-home, events) as well as digital platforms such as social media, newsletters, and blogs. Working closely with in-house photographers, design team, and third-party agencies where necessary, this creative role offers the chance to directly contribute to the company’s marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with brand partners and internal stakeholders to contribute to the development and execution of firms marketing strategy.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
• Work closely with their in-house photographers and design team to create visually compelling content for use in marketing materials, advertisements, and social media platforms.
• Manage the production process for marketing materials, including print collateral, signage, and promotional items, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist in the organization and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities, including coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing on-site operations.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, advertising, and digital media, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Criteria
• At least 4 years’ experience in a marketing or similar role.
• Enthusiastic and up for a challenge, with a can-do attitude.
• Experience coordinating large omnichannel campaigns.
• Creative individual with strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence liaising with suppliers.
• Hungry to learn and up-skill.
• Great planning and organisation mindset to workload.
• Ability to carry out detailed work to a high standard.
