About the Role:

Artemis Human Capital is excited to represent a Global Manufacturing Organisation based in the Greater Belfast Area.

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organisation’s HR function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services. You will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and managers to provide expert advice and support on all HR matters, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and:

In your new role, you will be:

  • Partner with business leaders to support the full recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Oversee new starter and leaver processes, ensuring all documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
  • Manage agency relationships to negotiate cost-effective terms and ensure effective recruitment processes.
  • Represent the organisation at recruitment events, colleges, and schools to promote our employer brand.
  • Lead onboarding inductions for new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the Talent & OD Team and managers to enhance the employee experience at our organization.
  • Provide expert advice on HR processes and policies to all levels of the business.
  • Monitor, review, and update HR policies and documentation, providing timely advice to employees and management.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including probations and performance improvement plans.
  • Advise on and process various types of leave, including Maternity, Paternity, and Flexible working.
  • Lead and support managers through disciplinary and grievance processes, as well as manage sickness and time & attendance queries.
  • Foster effective employee relations across the organization, recommending best practices and maintaining positive relationships.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Oversee promotion and transfer activities, ensuring compliance with processes.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records for monthly processing.
  • Assist with employee communication and feedback initiatives, such as meetings and surveys.
  • Support engagement initiatives and cultural events.
  • Handle administration tasks as required, including purchase orders and invoices.
  • Manage internal shared folders, ensuring organized and standardized documentation.
  • Protect the confidentiality of all private information and data.
  • Work with the learning and development specialist to deliver the training and development strategy.
  • Carry out any other duties associated with the role.

Who you are:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline and Or CIPD Level 5
  • Relevant Experience to complement the job description
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong NI legislation
  • Experience in delivering results in a fast-paced environment
