Exciting Opportunity: Recruitment Assistant Belfast City Centre

**Work From Home 3 Days Per Week**

  • 3 days WFH and 2 days in office
  • Salary circa £27,000
  • 25 days hols+stats

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to collaborating with a Global Professional Services organisation situated in the heart of Belfast.

About the Role: You will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Advisor throughout the recruitment journey. From liaising with recruitment agencies to managing social media, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Keep the recruitment wheels turning by managing live roles on the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure the website’s vacancy list is always up-to-date and filled positions are promptly removed.
  • Get creative with job adverts and spread the word on relevant advertising platforms.
  • Be the master of logistics, from arranging interviews to coordinating candidates’ travel.

Recruitment:

  • Be the friendly face for candidates, guiding them through the journey before and after offers are made.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure we’ve got the green light for each vacancy.
  • Dive into CVs, logging them on our system and keeping track of applications.

Project Work:

  • Join the fun with ad hoc recruitment campaigns and projects.
  • Support the graduate recruitment team during assessment centres and interviews, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Be the backbone of HR operations during peak times.
  • Organise Recruitment Managers’ and Advisers’ diaries like a pro.
  • Be the go-to person for all logistical recruitment queries.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally you have experience in a recruitment environment OR you have strong admin and organisational skills.
  • You thrive under pressure, and you can prioritise a busy workload.
  • Attention to detail is key.
  • Communication is your strong point, and you can build excellent rapport with stakeholders at ease.
  • You are fully competent with Microsoft Office
