The Role:

• Drive business success across multiple companies.
• Recruit, support, and develop talent to create an exceptional workplace.
• Ensure legal compliance and promote equality, diversity, and safety.
• Familiarity with employment legislation and generalist HR experience are essential.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and build a strong holistic HR function.

Qualifications:

• CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum) And OR Human resources qualification/degree
• Experience as a Senior HR Officer/Business Partner/Manager or equivalent level.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions including policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, employee relations, and talent management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the senior leadership team.
