Who you are:

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner with a degree in HR or equivalent, a CIPD or equivalent qualification, and proven experience in HR Business Partnering or as a Generalist. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading HR transformation at scale, implementing new HR technologies, and possessing a deep understanding of employer/employee legislation.

In your new role:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with your clients to address people challenges, provide strategic leadership, and drive HR projects and transformations. Your expertise will be crucial in utilizing people analytics, building management capability, and creating solutions to enhance stakeholder commercial objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for addressing people challenges.
  • Utilize key people analytics to inform decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders/clients.
  • Manage HR projects, transformation, and change within the business.
  • Build management capability through coaching and challenging decision-makers.
  • Create solutions to people issues to better meet commercial objectives.
  • Use data and metrics to identify potential issues and support decision-making to increase employee engagement.
  • Build and maintain visible and meaningful working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Plan and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned with the client’s HR strategic planning process and business-driven initiatives.
