Role Overview:
As a General Litigation Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse caseload involving various litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handling a wide range of civil and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing sound legal advice to clients.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Collaborating with legal teams and stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ of experience in general litigation.
- Proven track record of handling complex litigation cases independently.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Adherence to high ethical standards and commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
