They are seeking a commercially minded accountant to join their team as a financial controller to guide them through the next phase of their growth journey.

The Job:
As the Financial Controller, you’ll hold a pivotal role within the management team, entrusted with supervising every facet of financial planning and reporting. Directly reporting to the CFO, you’ll guide them through the next phase of their growth and lead the charge on costings and P&L.
The Ideal Candidate:
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
- A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Have strong previous experience working in a busy finance function, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills are essential for this role.
- Proven management experience would be highly advantageous
- Experience of costings is essential
