Financial Controller
Artemis Human Capital is currently working in partnership with a leading service provider near Monaghan. They are eager to appoint a commercially astute Financial Controller to undertake a broad and pivotal role. Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller will have full oversight of the finance function to include managing a small team.

The Role:
- Manage day to day operations of the Finance Team
- Manage month end close and consolidation across the group
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Variance analysis against budget
- Business partnering across the group
- Manage the development and implementation of finance processes and controls across the organisation
- Lead on the annual statutory audit, ensuring timely supply of information to the audit team.
- Assist the CFO with annual budget preparation, forecasting, cash flow and development and management of KPI reporting
- Report on working capital and bank covenants and provide report to external and internal stakeholders as required
- Oversight of ROI and UK payrolls to external payroll providers
The Person:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong systems experience with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
