Financial Controller
Artemis Human Capital has partnered with a growing construction company in North Down seeking a Financial Controller to play a key role within the team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and ambitious finance professional seeking a career path to Finance Director within the next two years. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and developing internal policies and procedures.

The Role:
- Managing day to day accounting operations to include managing a small team
- Overseeing preparation and submission of statutory returns and year end audit process
- Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Variance analysis to include commentary
- Contributing to the financial strategy of the business
- Developing, implementing and reviewing internal control policies
- Collaborating with the senior management team to create risk minimised plans
- Support decision making by preparing and presenting reports to board members, SMT and stakeholders
- Continually monitoring working capital
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Previous experience within construction is preferred
- Strong communication skills
