Finance & Operations Manager
Artemis Human Capital is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to join an ambitious and highly regarded professional services business based in Belfast. This pivotal position offers an experienced individual a unique opportunity to shape the future of their financial and operational framework in a newly created and strategic role.
The Role:
- Manage the financial reporting function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Production of both intercompany and management accounts
- Liaising with external suppliers to negotiate commercial contracts
- Liaising with banks and insurers
- Lead and report on a variety of new projects as part off their expansion plan
- Implementing efficiencies & improvements to processes
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Ability to influence and drive change where necessary
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to business partner with key stakeholders
