eBilling Team Lead

Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be working with in partnership with our client, a leading professional services firm, to help them appoint an eBilling Team Lead to join their finance team in Belfast.

About the Role:

In this leadership position, you will oversee a team of around 7 professionals, ensuring efficient and high-quality eBilling services across various international offices. Your role will be central to maintaining the firm’s high standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee daily operations of the eBilling team, ensuring tasks are efficiently allocated and completed.
  • Performance Development: Set and track team goals, provide regular feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify and resolve technical issues within eBilling processes, driving continuous improvements.
  • Foster Team Growth: Promote a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to take on new challenges and grow their skills.
  • Navigate Change: Manage changes effectively within the team, maintaining professionalism and adaptability.

The person:

  • eBilling Knowledge: Solid experience with eBilling systems and processes.
  • International Experience: Familiarity with working across diverse countries and cultures.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in numeracy, literacy, and computer applications, including Microsoft Office and complex finance systems.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client and manager relationships.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of handling difficult conversations and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Professionalism: Consistently high level of professionalism, flexibility, and a collaborative work approach.
