Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global law firm in their pursuit to appoint a Data Privacy Lawyer to their growing team. Our client is actively seeking a talented individual to join their prestigious legal team as they continue to expand their footprint in the ever-evolving field of data protection.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on data privacy matters to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate data protection agreements and policies.
• Stay abreast of evolving privacy laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and manage data protection risks.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and audits.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor.
• 2+ years of experience practicing data privacy law.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international privacy regulations.
• Proven track record of advising clients on data protection issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
