£28,000-£33,000 + Bonus
Artemis Human Capital are working in partnership with a thriving NI Top 100 business that have an excellent reputation in the local market. This position has become available due to an upcoming retirement of a longstanding member of the credit control team. You will join a warm and welcoming credit control department as well as gaining exposure in a fantastic business.
This role will involve:
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers.
- Opening new customer accounts, ensuring that processes are conducted correctly and credit limits and reports on potential new customers have been reviewed.
- Reconciliations and dealing with queries.
- Arranging collection of assets from defaulted contracts.
- Contacting customers by email/phone/letters to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Liaising with third party DRAs to pursue legal action when required.
- Weekly reporting to Group Credit Control Manager.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience working within credit control.
- Experience working with high value accounts and B2B.
- Capable of adhering to weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.
- Confident communicator.
- Negotiation skills.
- Can work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Driven and resilient
