Corporate Finance Manager

The hiring firm are wanting to add a new Corporate Finance Manager due to sustained growth.

The hiring firm deliver a lot of work throughout NI across multiple sectors, so you will gain experience across these sectors and be able to specialize in whichever you enjoy the most.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Belfast.

The Role:

• Buy & sell-side due diligence.
• Financial & commercial appraisal.
• Business planning.
• Responsible for engagement scoping & project set up.
• Management of project team- preparation & presentation of the end client deliverable.
• Building & developing sustainable client relationships.
• Participation in business development activities.

The Person:

• ACA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong previous experience within a due diligence/corporate finance focused role.
• Good knowledge & understanding of the financial due diligence process.
• Experience of working on PE transactions is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
