Conveyancer – Belfast

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a leading local law firm in their pursuit to add an experienced Conveyancer to their team.

The Role:

As a Conveyancer, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from inception through to completion, handling all aspects of the conveyancing process. The role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of residential property transactions, providing you with a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling your own caseload of residential property matters.
  • Drafting contracts, reviewing title documents, and preparing completion statements.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of files.
  • Conducting searches, checking mortgage offers, and dealing with any queries or issues that arise during the transaction.
  • Providing excellent client care and maintaining regular communication with clients to manage their expectations.

About You:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant property law.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing case management systems.
