Contracts Manager, Dublin – Excellent Salary + Benefits package

Established and growing Building and Civil Engineering contractor with variety of projects across Dublin in multiple sectors including Pharma, Residential, Commercial and Education require a Contracts Manager to join their team as they continue to expand into new areas particularly infrastructure and specialist works.

This is a great opportunity to work with a company on a growth trajectory who will be continuing to progress their senior managers into leadership roles over the coming years.

You are an experienced Contracts Manager from either a building or civils background and have delivered multiple projects on time and to budget. You have a good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting.  Experience of MS project and  knowledge of the NEC contract including the Early Warning and Compensation Event mechanisms. You are HNC/ HND or degree qualified in a relevant discipline and have experience of the Pre-Qualification and Tendering process for a number of multi-discipline projects.

You are an excellent communicator and have strong management skills with the ability to influence and bring people with you.
