We are seeking a construction solicitor to join our client and their accomplished team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel to our client. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all legal aspects of construction projects, including contract and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal documents.
- Conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
- Providing legal support and guidance.
- Collaborating with other departments within the company.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction law or commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in legal documentation.
