Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their award winning team. Role Overview:
As a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will specialise in handling high-value real estate disputes, finance disputes, and debt recovery cases. You will take ownership of a diverse and challenging caseload, working alongside top-tier professionals and contributing to the firm’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and advising on complex real estate litigation cases
- Handling disputes related to finance, including contractual disputes and asset recovery matters
- Leading on debt recovery cases, representing both corporate and individual clients
- Providing strategic advice to clients and playing an integral role in dispute resolution
- Supervising junior solicitors and trainees as part of the firm’s litigation team
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Strong expertise in real estate disputes, finance disputes, and debt recovery
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and client management skills
