Our client is a dynamic, reputable law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services and is searching for a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor with expertise in financial/banking litigation and high court cases to join its busy team.

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in handling complex cases related to financial/banking litigation, with a specific focus on high court proceedings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing clients for court proceedings and providing strategic legal advice.
• Drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and witness statements.
• Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Managing cases involving breach of contract, data protection, licensing disputes, and related matters.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor experience in Commercial Litigation.

• Proven expertise in financial/banking litigation and high court cases.
• Strong experience in handling breach of contract, data protection, and licensing disputes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting legal documents and preparing witness statements.
• Courtroom experience with a track record of successful case outcomes.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
