This is a newly created role due to continued growth and success. Our client is a dynamic and reputable legal practice committed to delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse clientele. Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join their thriving team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling complex commercial disputes, contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, intellectual property issues, and business-related conflicts.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on commercial legal matters.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with a focus on commercial litigation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies and solutions in commercial disputes.
• Stay updated on changes in commercial laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, civil procedure, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills, with a focus on commercial legal issues.
• Proven experience managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters independently.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills with an understanding of business implications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
