Commercial Financial Controller
A newly created opportunity for a commercial and results orientated Financial Controller to join a well established and forward thinking business to help grow their e-commerce division. This successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial success of this ambitious business.
Working as part of the SMT and supporting the Managing Director, you will become a strategic business partner across the wider group, influencing decisions and contributing to the e-commerce divisions success.
The Role:
- Develop and improve business reports and KPI’s
- Work in collaboration with the operations team to build out budgets and track profitability
- Deliver the budgeting and forecasting and identifying key risks and opportunities for the business
- Supporting senior teams to create growth strategies
- Business partnering with wider SMT and business heads
- Creating detailed financial models to produce financial analysis to help the business make informed decisions
- Leading a small team of finance professionals
- Cashflow management
- Reviewing and developing process to ensure business efficiency
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience of working within a commercial accounting role
- Strong Excel modelling and data analytics skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience within e-commerce is preferred
