Role Description:

The Credit Controller will report to the Head of Credit, managing their own set of customer accounts and performing a variety of credit control tasks. The role offers significant training and career development.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing debt for a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Participating in internal and external meetings
  • Setting up and monitoring repayment plans
  • Resolving queries promptly
  • Reconciling customer accounts
  • Allocating payments

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a credit / finance / legal setting
  • Strong mathematical skills (high GCSE/A Level Maths scores advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
