Accounts Assistant

This is a newly created role and will work closely with the FC and wider finance team, playing a key role in the smooth functioning of the finance function.

This role will involve:

  • Posting, coding and processing invoices.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Sales ledger maintenance.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Dealing with supplier queries.
  • Assist with month end close.

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within accounts.
  • IT skills – MS office and accountancy software package.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution orientated approach.
