Finance Assistant

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working in partnership with a reputable group business based in Mid Antrim in their search for an Accounts Assistant. This role is working within a collaborative and experienced accounts team and is a mixed bag and will involve a variety of finance duties.

This role will involve:

  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Dealing with supplier queries.
  • Posting, coding and processing invoices.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Sales ledger maintenance.

Experience required:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working within accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution orientated approach.
  • IT skills – MS office and accountancy software package.
