Accounts Assistant

Artemis Human Capital are working with a highly reputable company who are market leaders in their field. Our client have a newly created role for an Accounts Assistant with a flare for accounts payable to join their warm and welcoming finance team.

Responsibilities include:

• High volume invoicing
• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Liaise with colleagues at various sites and head office to secure invoice approval / resolve queries

Experience you’ll have:

• Capable of high volume invoicing – proven experience working within accounts
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised and efficient
• Confident working independently and collaboratively with the wider finance team
