Accounting Technician
Accounting Technician, exclusive to Artemis
Artemis are exclusively recruiting on behalf of our well know client in the Newtownabbey area, to help them hire an experienced Accounting Technician, who will run the day to day Accounting on the Newtownabbey site, reporting to the Financial Controller.
This is a lovely role, offering the successful applicant a warm and friendly work environment within a long established, successful and growing business.
Duties will include:
- Reconciling all supplier accounts ensuring payments are made correctly and on time
- Resolving supplier queries
- Raising invoices
- Recording customer payment
- Daily bank reconciliation across various bank accounts
- Credit control / monthly customer statement
- Monthly Accounts preparation
- Reporting
- Managing all associated paper work & administration
Requirements:
- IATI / AAT / ATI Qualified or qualified by experience.
- Confident financial administrator, capable of managing daily transactions independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to self manage
- Immaculate record keeper, with an eye for detail and a strong focus on controls
- Confident communicator, capable or working well in a wider team and working closely with a remote direct line manager
