Senior Management Accountant
Artemis Human Capital is thrilled to partner exclusively with a dynamic group of businesses based in Banbridge to recruit a Senior Management Accountant.
Due to ongoing growth and the acquisition of significant new contracts, there is an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant with experience in ERP and project management. This role promises genuine career progression in line with the company’s expansion.
The Role:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including full reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Monitor and report on job performance metrics.
- Act as a business partner to department managers to support financial decision-making.
- Conduct departmental reviews, including risk and opportunity reporting and budget assessments.
- Manage budget administration within Exchequer and provide Excel budget reporting.
- Oversee daily bank administration, including bank reconciliations, payment processing, and cash flow forecasting.
- Handle the administration of IR35, VAT, and CIS, including returns.
- Conduct financial accounting activities such as journal entries, profit and loss reconciliations, financial analysis, and audit preparation.
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and transformational change.
- A driven and ambitious individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modelling.
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing is desirable.
