Management Accountant

The Role:

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including financial reports for the senior leadership team
• Take ownership of budgeting processes, including development and oversight
• Support the creation, implementation, and enhancement of business strategies
• Perform and ensure accuracy in balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage both accounts receivable and payable ledgers
• Oversee stock reconciliation
• Handle intercompany reconciliations to ensure consistency across entities
• Produce ad hoc analytical reports to support decision-making
• Identify and drive process improvements

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong experience with financial systems
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience of warehousing and stock management systems is desirable
