Assistant Accountant

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a leading local employer in Craigavon in their search for an assistant accountant. The role

  • Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Complete all reporting in line with established business and HMRC timetables
  • VAT and Intrastat reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist with month end close

Experience required

  • Ideally you will be a part qualified accountant or qualified accounts technician
  • Minimum of 2 years’ within a similar role
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Capable of assisting with management accounts prep
  • Solution orientated approach to problem solving 
  • Time management skills – capable of adhering to reporting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
