Accounting Technician

This is a newly created position with a small accountancy firm, and the role has come up due to the firm winning new clients. As the Accounting Technician you will be working alongside part-qualified and qualified accountants on all aspects of tax and accounts.

Great opportunity for any experienced Accounting Technician, or someone with only a couple years experience looking to kickstart their career.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Newry

The Role:

• Accounts production
• VAT deliverables
• Self-assessments
• Cashflow
• Payroll and transactional duties

The Person:

• QBE/ ATI/ Part-qualified accountant
• Has to have experience in an accountancy practice
• Experience with excel or Xero is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
