As Commercial Finance Manager, you will undertake a pivotal role providing financial insight and commercial leadership to help drive business performance. You will be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring sound decision-making as they scale. The Role:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions
- Partner with senior management and operational teams to drive financial performance
- Develop financial models to support investment and expansion opportunities
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals
- Oversee cash flow management and profitability analysis
- Present financial insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Previous experience within an industry role
- Analytical with strong commercial judgement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
