Title: Business Development Manager

Realistic OTE: £60-£70k per annum

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be assisting our client, a leading telecoms provider, with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager to join the team.

This role is focused on business development, with opportunities to sell a variety of services, including cloud and on-premise voice solutions, mobile services, and IT offerings like WiFi networks and SD-WAN. You’ll have the freedom to explore new markets without restrictions on territory or sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
  • Sell across multiple product lines and markets.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and manage accounts.
  • Attend networking events and use social media for business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in IT or telecoms.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Able to generate leads and close new opportunities.
