Business Unit Manager – Mid-Ulster

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a Business Unit Manager on behalf of our client, a growing manufacturing firm in Mid-Ulster.

The role of the Business Unit Manager will be to lead operations across multiple sites. This role focuses on multiple operations, where you will drive success through effective leadership and operational management.

This opportunity is with an established and forward-thinking equipment company, recognised as a leader in their industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire teams across two locations, offering support and guidance.
• Oversee commercial operations, including cost monitoring and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality and efficiency across the business.
• Manage the onboarding and training of new staff, overseeing probationary periods.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and safety.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of recent management experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in senior management, leading supervisors or managers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Skilled in decision-making, problem-solving, and time management.
• A full, clean driver’s license.
