Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic business in growth mode. They are operating in a thriving sector and have multiple entities within the group. This is a newly created role – you will play an essential role in a collaborative finance team.
This role will involve:
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll.
- Manage employee expense claims.
- Manage auto enrolment monthly reports.
- Assist with P11ds and benefits in kind.
- Keep payroll records up-to-date and ensure data integrity.
- Calculate and process statutory deductions like tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
- Address payroll queries and provide top-notch support to our team.
- Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure seamless operations.
Experience required:
- Previous experience within payroll – ideally 3 years+
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Solid IT and systems experience – Excel and payroll software.
