HR Advisor/Officer-Dungannon
Artemis Human Capital is excited to be working alongside a Global Manufacturing Company with a huge NI Presence, we are keen to hear from HR Specialists seeking a career at a global scale.
In your new role, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, and payroll.
Location: Dungannon
- Salary £25,000-£30,000

In your new role, you will:

- Administration of recruitment paperwork including offer letters and contracts.
- Support managers in accordance with the Company’s Handbook including Disciplinary & Dismissal Procedures and Grievance procedures.
- Provide first line advice when dealing with telephone/email/written enquiries and personal callers to HR office
- Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of personnel files
- Support with flexible working applications
- Support with maternity/paternity/shared parental leave applications
- Dealing with general team member queries via phone, email and in person
- Support Recruitment Business Partner with all aspects of recruitment
- Administration of weekly payroll including running reports, manual variations, and queries
- Support performance/pay review process
Who you are:
- HR experience is essential 2+ years
- Ideally, you have worked in a fast-paced industry role
- You should have experience dealing with employee relations, recruitment, and team member queries.
