HR Advisor/Officer-Dungannon

Artemis Human Capital is excited to be working alongside a Global Manufacturing Company with a huge NI Presence, we are keen to hear from HR Specialists seeking a career at a global scale.

In your new role, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, and payroll.

Location: Dungannon

  • Salary £25,000-£30,000

In your new role, you will:

    • Administration of recruitment paperwork including offer letters and contracts.
    • Support managers in accordance with the Company’s Handbook including Disciplinary & Dismissal Procedures and Grievance procedures.
    • Provide first line advice when dealing with telephone/email/written enquiries and personal callers to HR office
    • Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of personnel files
    • Support with flexible working applications
    • Support with maternity/paternity/shared parental leave applications
    • Dealing with general team member queries via phone, email and in person
    • Support Recruitment Business Partner with all aspects of recruitment
    • Administration of weekly payroll including running reports, manual variations, and queries
    • Support performance/pay review process

Who you are:

  • HR experience is essential 2+ years
  • Ideally, you have worked in a fast-paced industry role
  • You should have experience dealing with employee relations, recruitment, and team member queries.
