Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with an award-winning market leader who are currently on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their warm and welcoming finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that promotes growth and can offer flexibility in terms of working hours and working from home.

This role will involve:

  • Prep invoices to be sent out to a global customer base.
  • Ensure outstanding payments are received in a timely manner.
  • Assist with month end debtor close duties.
  • Monitor cash received, posting, and allocating customer payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
  • Ensuring new sales/contract details are entered onto the system accurately and amend when required.

Experience you can demonstrate:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of adhering to deadlines and dealing with high volume work.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
