Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a respected global law firm in their search for a Payroll Specialist to join the business on a 12 month contract.
Working as part of a collaborative, welcoming payroll team you will be involved in:
- Inputting and processing all aspects of monthly payroll – approx. 2600 employees.
- Administration of IR35 payrolls.
- Dealing with payroll queries – contractor and direct employees.
- Calculate SSP, SMP and GAYE.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Processing HMRC notifications – tax code changes and student loans.
- Creation of P45 certificates.
Experience required:
- Proven experience processing high volume payroll.
- Capable of processing SSP, SMP and gross to net manual calculations.
- Proficient use of MS Excel.
- Team player who can communicate with all levels of staff.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
