Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a respected global law firm in their search for a Payroll Specialist to join the business on a 12 month contract.

Working as part of a collaborative, welcoming payroll team you will be involved in:

  • Inputting and processing all aspects of monthly payroll – approx. 2600 employees.
  • Administration of IR35 payrolls.
  • Dealing with payroll queries – contractor and direct employees.
  • Calculate SSP, SMP and GAYE.
  • Assist with benefits administration.
  • Processing HMRC notifications – tax code changes and student loans.
  • Creation of P45 certificates.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience processing high volume payroll.
  • Capable of processing SSP, SMP and gross to net manual calculations.
  • Proficient use of MS Excel.
  • Team player who can communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
