Artemis Human Capital are working with an award-winning business who have been operating for over 35 years in the local market. Due to a continued period of growth, they have a full-time permanent position available for an Administrator.

This role will provide essential support across the business and help to streamline efficiencies to provide a better service for customers and colleagues.

You will be involved in:

  • Preparing, organising and storing information – paper/digital form.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation when required.
  • Providing reception support.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Ensuring company database is kept up to date.

Experience required:

  • Confident communicator – verbal and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong team player who can liaise with different departments cohesively.
  • IT skills – in particular Excel.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
