Artemis Human Capital are working with an award-winning business who have been operating for over 35 years in the local market. Due to a continued period of growth, they have a full-time permanent position available for an Administrator.
This role will provide essential support across the business and help to streamline efficiencies to provide a better service for customers and colleagues.
You will be involved in:
- Preparing, organising and storing information – paper/digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
- Arranging travel and accommodation when required.
- Providing reception support.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Ensuring company database is kept up to date.
Experience required:
- Confident communicator – verbal and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong team player who can liaise with different departments cohesively.
- IT skills – in particular Excel.
- Adaptable and flexible.
