The Job…
Reporting to the firm’s operation manager, you will work across the following areas:
- This role will largely focus on overseeing the firm’s credit control function.
- Issuing invoices & statements.
- Monitoring the firm’s debtor’s ledger & reporting progress and client communication to senior management.
- Additional general office admin as required.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess the following criteria:
- Experience within a credit control function.
- Client communication is an important part of this role so strong communication skills is essential.
- Highly organised individual with proven time management skills.
- Experience in an administrative support role within a professional services business is highly desirable.
