Financial Controller
An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Financial Controller to join a thriving manufacturing business that supports team work, collaboration and development. This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for controlling and reporting on the financial and operational performance of the business, managing and mentoring an experienced finance team and providing financial analysis to facilitate strategic decision making.

The Role:
- Full oversight and management of the finance function
- Preparation and submission of management information
- Analysis of financial and operating performance and develop reporting as required
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Identify efficiencies and improvements within the business
- Maintaining standardised costings
- Management and mentoring of the finance team including performance reviews and appraisals
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential
- Methodical and organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and build rapport at all levels
- Adaptable and flexible
- People management experience
