About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior property managers in managing a diverse commercial property portfolio
- Conduct property inspections and liaise with tenants and landlords
- Support lease administration, rent collection, and service charge management
- Coordinate property maintenance and contractor management
- Prepare reports and maintain records
- Develop an understanding of commercial property legislation and leases
- Attend networking events and client meetings

Skills & Attributes:
- Suitable for a school leaver/recent graduate
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset
- Proactive, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in commercial property
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential)
