Key Responsibilities
As a Tax Specialist, you will:
- Assist in managing and delivering a range of tax projects with senior support.
- Contribute to planning, scheduling, and staffing of assignments.
- Support tax planning, consultancy work, and preparation of proposals.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Build strong internal and client relationships.
- Contribute to business development and firm growth.
- Engage in training, mentoring, and performance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- AITI CTA qualified or near completion; ACA/ACCA qualification is a plus
- 0–2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong background in income tax advisory, compliance, and private client services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting reports and client correspondence
- Ability to clearly explain complex tax issues
- Solid technical knowledge of income tax; interest in employment tax and global mobility
- Experience working across a variety of clients and sectors
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision
