The Job…
This role will work alongside the existing tax advisory team. The successful applicant will be working across the following areas:
- Providing general tax advice to a diverse client base involved in M&As and corporate restructurings.
- Tax due diligence reports.
- Identifying & pursuing business development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following:
- ACA qualification (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
- CTA qualification is not essential but is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
