Your Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in:
- Developing and implementing strategic employee relations initiatives
- Leading consultation and negotiation processes with trade unions
- Driving positive workplace culture through proactive HR policies
- Providing expert guidance on complex ER cases, policy development, and change management
- Working closely with business leaders and HR teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations/HR Business Partner role within a complex organisation
- Strong knowledge of employment law, ER case management, and union negotiations
- Experience in change management and HR strategy implementation
- A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- A degree (or equivalent) with relevant HR/ER experience (CIPD membership desirable)
