They are now seeking to appoint a Senior Financial Accountant (with a clear path to Financial Controller) to undertake a pivotal role, reporting directly to a well-regarded CFO.

The Role:
- Preparation of management accounts and year end accounts for audit
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal systems and processes
- Weekly KPI reporting
- Business partnering with divisional heads
- Support ERP system upgrades and ensure smooth transitions
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across finance operations
- Ad hoc reporting and project related work
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Solid technical accounting skills
- Proficient in IT with experience of ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
