We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading estate agency in Dublin, known for its strong market presence, client service, and commitment to developing talent in the property industry.
They are seeking an ambitious, professional, and client-focused Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for property and at least 1–2 years’ experience in residential sales. You’ll be joining a well-established agency with a strong reputation and excellent support structures in place.
You’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties, from initial instruction to successful sale, providing expert advice and delivering top-tier service to both vendors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for residential properties across Dublin
- Carry out property viewings and maintain excellent follow-up
- Provide accurate market valuations and pricing strategies
- Negotiate offers and close sales with professionalism and efficiency
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and third parties throughout the transaction process
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to overall branch success
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as an Estate Agent
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Full clean driving license
